local Pickup information
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours of purchase. You will recieve and email and/or text when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email or text message.
Shipping policy
All orders are proccessed and shipped within two (2) business days of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Tuesday. You will recienve a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our boutique.
Returns and exchanges
Found something you love, but the fit is a little off? No worries! While we don't offer cash or credit refunds, we would love to help you find your next favorite piece. We are happy to exchange your item for a different size, if it is in stock, so you can get the perfect fit. If you would like a credit, all returns are issued via store credit (e-gift card) which never expires! Customer is responsible for for shipping costs on returns.
The same policy applies if you are local! Just bring your item back for store credit or exchange!
Step 1
Before shipping please ensure your items meet our return criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and scent-free.
- Original tags attached.
- Items must be sent within ten (10) days of delivery.
Step 2
Send an email to hattieandmyrt@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and the shipping address.
Step 3
You can reuse the original mailer if it is still in good condition. Please include your original packing slip or a note with your Name and Order Number so we know who to credit. You may ship your return via. USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend you use a service with tracking, as we are not responsible for packages lost in the transit back to us.
Step 4
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the items and issue your Store Credit or ship out your Exchange Size within 2 business days.
